Residential building in Milano

The residential intervention in Milan starts with the demolition of the existing building (built at the end of the 1950s) and the construction on the same site of a new residential building with rent-controlled flats. The building will be high energy efficient, environmental-friendly, comfortable and will host 39 families; it is the first building in Italy registered under the LEED for Homes Multifamily Midrise protocol.
