The CIRFOOD DISTRICT is a research and experimentation centre for nutrition and food service innovation and will be a reference point in the Italian and international panorama for open innovation in the field of food.
Inspired by the principles of environmental sustainability, it is built with particular attention to energy efficiency, thanks to the adoption of a green roof and the production of renewable energy with photovoltaic panels.
