These increments are in part driven by the general increase in prices for the entire construction industry and will serve to ensure the highest quality of services provided at all times, and to provide access to new tools useful for achieving certification goals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LEED<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On<strong> May 1, 2023<\/strong>, <strong>GBCI <\/strong>will make an increase of <strong>12% <\/strong>on average for LEED registration and certification prices for the following rating systems:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building Design and Construction (BD+C)<\/li>\n<li>Interior Design and Construction (ID+C)<\/li>\n<li>Building Operations and Maintenance (O+M)<\/li>\n<li>Neighborhood Development (ND)<\/li>\n<li>Cities and Communities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Projects can freeze the current LEED certification and registration prices by prepaying the fees by April 30.<\/u> Furthermore, starting from May 1, LEED-registered projects will have access to additional features in the ARC platform.<\/p>\n<p>More information is available on the USGBC website: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usgbc.org\/articles\/new-leed-pricing-go-effect-may-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">click here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BREEAM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As part of their annual review, <strong>BRE<\/strong> announced that they will increase certification, QA and registration fees by about <strong>15%<\/strong> starting<strong> April 1, 2023<\/strong>. This rise will affect the following rating systems:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>BREEAM In-Use,<\/li>\n<li>New Construction,<\/li>\n<li>Refurbishment and Fit-Out,<\/li>\n<li>Communities and assessments HQM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>RESET<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Starting from <strong>July 1<\/strong>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.macrodesignstudio.it\/2020\/10\/05\/reset-international-standard\/\"><strong>RESET Project<\/strong><\/a> standard fees will increase by <strong>5%<\/strong> for new projects.<\/p>\n<p>The rise will be applied to the price expressed in the currency used in RESET Project Pricing (USD).
