Renco Group, an international player in the engineering, general contracting and project development sectors, today achieves another milestone: it obtains BREEAM In-Use certification for its Pesaro headquarters.

Renco is present in over 20 countries worldwide and its business model is firmly rooted in the principles of environmental, social and economic sustainability: “In the sweeping ecological transition process currently under way throughout the planet, Renco is consciously engaged, as an international player, in promoting a new model of sustainable development”, claims Giovanni Gasparini, Renco Board President.

In July 2023 the Pesaro HQ reached the Very Good level according to the BREEAM In-Use v6.0 International – Part 1 Asset Performance rating system.

The building, with its innovative architecture, is spread over six floors above ground and is intended for offices, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, break areas and gym; it has a BMS management system, an extensive photovoltaic system and highly efficient systems, all elements that make the Pesaro HQ an exemplary building.

Comfort and well-being of the occupant are very important: the asset is equipped with a gym, an alternative transport system with shuttle service to and from the train station, charging stations, a car sharing service with electric cars and a bike sharing service.

Macro Design Studio, held the role of BREEAM In-Use Assessor and BREEAM AP consultant.

“We have known each other for some time with Renco as we are working together on other international projects pursuing LEED certification. Having their Italian headquarters in Pesaro certified BREEAM was a real satisfaction. It’s nice to work with a close-knit team where sustainability is seen as a means to always do better and not as an end for marketing.” Claims Arch. Luisa Tonelli, BREEAM In-Use Assessor and partner of Macro Design Studio.

[/spb_text_block] [/spb_column] [/spb_row]
