The Headquarter PRODEA Investments<\/strong><\/a> becomes the first office in Greece to obtain the prestigious WELL \u2013 Platinum level certification.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The organization, based in the center of Athens, is the biggest investment company active in the real estate<\/strong> sector in all of Greece: the long journey culminating in obtaining the WELL certification demonstrates the commitment of PRODEA to investing in energy-efficient buildings and prioritizing the well-being of occupants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are enthusiastic to see PRODEA Investments\u2019 offices achieve WELL certification with level Platinum, the highest level of certification in Greece<\/em>\u201d \u2013 said Ann Marie Aguilar,<\/strong> Senior Vice President of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) in the press release issued by PRODEA \u2013 \u201cThe commitment of PRODEA to prioritizing people during the design of buildings and in the real estate management is an example of leadership and inspiration. We hope that other organizations in Greece will follow their example<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n

The design project had the goal, among others, to convert an historic building of over 2.900 m<\/strong>2<\/sup><\/strong><\/i> to meet the highest standard of modern office spaces and the specific design needs of WELL and LEED standards.<\/p>\n
