WHY CERTIFIED?<\/strong><\/p>\n

LEED multifamily and single-family homes reap the benefits of energy and resource efficiency, which is good for homeowners and building owners pocketbooks as well as the environment. Certified homes are also valued higher than traditional homes built to code.
\nLEED includes on-site testing and verification requirements to check energy performance and overall rating system compliance, including thermal enclosure, compartmentalization and mechanical ventilation testing, to ensure health and safety checks are conducted within the building.<\/p>\n
