How to submit an effective report

To ensure a complete and accurate assessment of the facts, please make your report clear, detailed, and supported by documentation. Your report is valuable: describe dates, places, and contexts; specify the persons involved; attach any useful documents; and, if possible, indicate other individuals who may confirm the facts.

You may submit a report in writing or, upon request, orally through a dedicated and secure platform.
