About Us

Macro Design Studio SRL, a Benefit Corporation, has adopted an Integrated Management System compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, UNI EN ISO 45001:2018 and UNI/PdR 125:2022, with the aim of creating sustainable value for its clients, collaborators, partners, community and local area.

For Macro Design Studio, sustainability is not solely an environmental goal, but a guiding principle that shapes strategic decisions, organizational processes and day-to-day activities. Governance, Ethics and Model 231

Macro Design Studio has adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and a Code of Ethics, which form an integral part of its governance system.

The organization promotes a corporate culture based on fairness, responsibility, legality and transparency, encouraging behaviors consistent with its values and the reporting of any non-compliant conduct.

To ensure oversight of Gender Equality matters, the organization also relies on a dedicated Steering Committee to monitor related objectives and initiatives.
