How the scorecard works
Our scorecard has been designed to assess each and every building against the outcomes and benefits expected of a smart building.
We score the breadth and depth of the user stories implemented and assess the technology, processes, and procedures that support their implementation. This ensures the building is set up to meet the expectations of today’s occupiers and has been made future-ready to implement the user stories of tomorrow. The scorecard consists of two sections:
