The project involves the renovation of a historic building complex designed in 1960 by the architect Gio Ponti, located on the corner of Corso Italia and Via Santa Sofia in Milan, to create new offices and other functional spaces, such as a food court.
The project aims to achieve high standards of energy-environmental sustainability and occupant well-being, obtaining both LEED and WELL certification.
