Paola Moschini graduated in 2001 in Architecture at the IUAV University of Venice; she’s member of the Trento Architects Order with n. 1037 since 2002 and in 2003 she received the qualification of Spanish Architect.
She has been involved in sustainability since 2007 and in 2012 founded Macro Design Studio Srl, of which she’s CEO and Technical Director.
In 2022, she attended the Executive Master, Corporate Sustainability Strategy and Management organized by 24ORE Business School.
In 2020 she became WELL Performance Testing Agent and in 2023 she certified the first Gold Level WELL project with Macro Design Studio as WELL Performance Testing Organization.
The acknowledgment of LEED Fellow arrives in 2021, an honor awarded by GBCI to excellent LEED APs who demonstrate at least 10 years of exceptional impact on the application of LEED protocols.
Since 2022, she has served as Secretary of the Trentino-Alto Adige Chapter of Green Building Council Italia, and since 2024 she has coordinated the working group on sustainability certifications within the Camelot initiative promoted by Il Quotidiano Immobiliare. In 2026, she was elected to the AiCARR Board of Directors for the 2026–2029 term.
In 2014 she lead to certification as LEED AP BD+C the first building in Italy according to the LEED for Retail 2009 Gold level protocol; in 2015 brings to certification as LEED AP ID+C the first building in Europe according to LEED v4 ID+C for Retail protocol; in 2018 as LEED AP BD+C the first building in Italy according to LEED v4 BD+C protocol: NC Gold level and again in 2020 – as LEED for Homes Green Rater – certifies the first LEED BD+C project: Multifamily Midrise v4 in Europe, Platinum level.
