In October 2023, Macro Design Studio received the LEED Residential Provider recognition from GBCI for LEED protocols for residential; it is the first European company to obtain this accreditation, demonstrating the constant commitment and vast experience in the LEED certification processes of the company located in Trentino.
The qualification of LEED Residential Provider Organization distinguishes those organizations that supervise the certification process of the LEED for Homes protocol on behalf of the third-party organization Green Business Certification, Inc. (GBCI).
LEED Residential Provider organizations collaborate on a permanent basis with LEED for Homes Green Rater professionals, providing a quality guarantee of their verification services, collecting and transmitting to GBCI the final documentation necessary to obtain the LEED for Homes certification of the property.
To certify a LEED for Homes residential building it is necessary to refer to a LEED Residential Provider organization.
