The Headquarter PRODEA Investments becomes the first office in Greece to obtain the prestigious WELL – Platinum level certification.
The organization, based in the center of Athens, is the biggest investment company active in the real estate sector in all of Greece: the long journey culminating in obtaining the WELL certification demonstrates the commitment of PRODEA to investing in energy-efficient buildings and prioritizing the well-being of occupants.

We hope that other organizations in Greece will follow their example”.
The design project had the goal, among others, to convert an historic building of over 2.900 m2 to meet the highest standard of modern office spaces and the specific design needs of WELL and LEED standards.
