Plan, improve, and verify sustainability and resilience performance across portfolios with PERFORM – a Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI)’s program that supports Real Estate organizations in managing and enhancing the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance.
PERFORM is now an approved assurance scheme for the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) reporting.
How? GRESB participants should follow the steps below as part of their application:
- Select the GRESB indicators that correspond to your GBCI review: MR1, MR2, MR3 and/or MR4.
- Answer the question “Has the entity’s data been reviewed by an independent third party?” by selecting “Yes”.
- Select “Externally assured” and the scheme from the drop-down menu.
- Upload your GBCI verification letter under “Provide the applicable evidence”.
- Tick the box to indicate whether you want the GBCI verification letter to be visible to investors (optional).
