What do a pair of running shoes and a meeting room full of ideas have in common? For the team of Macro Design Studio they are two sides of the same coin: the desire to challenge oneself, grow, and build together.
October 23rd and 24th were two days that combined physical effort and strategy, fun and vision, telling who we are better than any presentation.
On Thursday, October 23rd, the Trentino Business Run, a sports event dedicated to the corporate world, launched us on a 6-kilometer course overlooking Lago di Garda. At the starting line there was plenty of energy, the desire to have fun, and, we confess, even some friendly challenges among colleagues! At the finish line, raised arms and smiles from those who gave their all, even without a stopwatch, for the team: “More sustainable than fast“.
On Friday, October 24th, the energy moved from Garda to our office in Rovereto, where our annual company meeting was held. We shared the story of Macro Design Studio with those newly joined to the team, reviewed milestones from recent months, and outlined the path for the next year guided by our payoff,
Accelerating sustainable buildings, communities, and organizations to improve life.
But the true value of these 48 hours is not running or discussing, but feeling part of something that takes shape thanks to the intersections of stories, ideas, steps, and shared efforts, thanks to all the people who day by day create Macro Design Studio’s story.
Sometimes you run, sometimes you slow down, sometimes you stop to look around: what really matters is to keep doing it together. And we are curious to see where the next step will take us.
