The Cove Residences are part of one of the largest urban redevelopment project in Europe promoted by LAMDA Development, planned at redeveloping the former airport and coastal area of Elliniko (Athens). They are new multi-family residences pursuing LEED v4 BD+C: Homes Multifamily Lowrise certification.
These are two interventions, the first of 7 and the second of 14 condominiums for a total of 115 apartments, of different sizes and dimensions to satisfy the requests of users. The aim of the project is to create comfortable living spaces with low environmental impact.
For this project, Macro Design Studio plays the role of LEED for Homes Green Rater and Qualified Energy Rater, LEED AP for design and construction team and Hers Index energy modeler.
