The “Residenze ERP Magrè” project, a new public housing project designed and financed by the public body ATER Vicenza, has achieved LEED v4 BD+C certification: Homes Multifamily Lowrise Silver Level.

The two buildings, buildings A and B, rise four floors above ground: the ground floor is used as a garage and service rooms (cellars, closets and heating plants) while the upper floors are intended for accommodation characterized by various dimensions to meet to best meet the needs of the user.

Macro Design Studio carried out the activities as LEED for Homes Green Rater and qualified Energy Rater, through the creation of the Preliminary Rating, Mid Construction Visit and Final Construction Visit checks as well as the execution of field tests, as required by the LEED for Homes protocol .
