Renco Group, an international company in the engineering, general contracting and project development sectors, obtains BREEAM In-Use certification for its Pesaro headquarters.
In July 2023 the Pesaro HQ reached the Very Good level according to the BREEAM In-Use v6.0 International – Part 1 Asset Performance protocol.
The building, with its innovative architecture, is spread over six floors above ground and is intended for offices, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, break areas and a gym; it has a BMS management system, an extensive photovoltaic system and highly efficient systems, all elements that make the Pesaro HQ a model building.
