Arch. Luisa Tonelli successfully obtained the accreditation of LEED for Homes Green Rater.
The LEED for Homes Green Rater is a trained and accredited professional that pursued a specific training path, that deals with the design and construction teams and directly interacts with the US verification body Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) providing to it the necessary project documentation and highlighting the on-field test outcomes and verifications carried out for the buildings that pursue the LEED for Homes/Residential certification
Macro Design Studio confided and invested in the LEED for Homes/Residential protocols since 2016, its team includes two professionals with the LEED AP Homes credentials and to date it is the only firm in Italy with two LEED for Homes Green Rater.
Macro Design Studio gained over the years a great experience in LEED for Homes projects and can boast the first Platinum certified LEED for Homes Multifamily Midrise in Europe (2020), Palazzo Novecento, and the first Gold certified LEED for Homes Multifamily Lowrise in Italy, the RSA San Giulio addition in Beregazzo con Figliaro (2021).
Eng. Martha Farah and eng. Marco Ricci have obtained WELL AP accreditation.
With this qualification issued by GBCI, Martha and Marco are among industry leaders who are committed to health & wellness in building design and specialization in WELL.
Macro Design Studio, which currently counts six WELL APs and a WELL Performance Testing Agent, can offer both WELL consulting services to clients, designers and companies, as well as the WELL Performance Verification activities as required by the WELL certification.
