Renco Group, an international player in the engineering, general contracting and project development sectors, today achieves another milestone: it obtains BREEAM In-Use certification for its Pesaro headquarters.
Renco is present in over 20 countries worldwide and its business model is firmly rooted in the principles of environmental, social and economic sustainability: “In the sweeping ecological transition process currently under way throughout the planet, Renco is consciously engaged, as an international player, in promoting a new model of sustainable development”, claims Giovanni Gasparini, Renco Board President.
In July 2023 the Pesaro HQ reached the Very Good level according to the BREEAM In-Use v6.0 International – Part 1 Asset Performance rating system.
The building, with its innovative architecture, is spread over six floors above ground and is intended for offices, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, break areas and gym; it has a BMS management system, an extensive photovoltaic system and highly efficient systems, all elements that make the Pesaro HQ an exemplary building.
Comfort and well-being of the occupant are very important: the asset is equipped with a gym, an alternative transport system with shuttle service to and from the train station, charging stations, a car sharing service with electric cars and a bike sharing service.
