The project involves the construction of a new headquarters for ACBA Bank – Crédit Agricole in Yerevan, Armenia, currently undergoing certification under the LEED v4 BD+C: New Construction standard. The building will be located along the main axis connecting the city center to the airport, in a strategic position that ideally aligns with Mount Ararat.
The structure spans a large area, featuring one basement level and seven above-ground floors. It is organized in a C-shaped layout that embraces a covered central courtyard. This space serves as the heart of the building, connecting the three main blocks (A, B, and C) and acting as a hub for gathering and interaction. The primary use of the building is for office space, complemented by a cafeteria and dining area on the ground floor, serving both employees and visitors.
