Macro Design Studio is proud to announce the certifications BREEAM In-Use Part 1 rating Very Good of the buildings Algardi 2 and Algardi 4 located in Milan.
BREEAM In-Use is an environmental assessment methodology and certification applied to existing buildings and it is broken into three parts, each looking at different aspects of the building:
Part 1 – Asset Performance: it evaluates the performance of the built asset’s form, construction, fixtures, fittings and installed services and it is in charge of the Owner.
Part 2 – Building Management: it evaluates the operations and management of the asset and it is in charge of the Facility/Building Manager.
Part 3 – Occupier Management: it evaluates the management of building users and services within the building (offices only) and it is in charge of the Tenant.
Macro Design Studio is a BREEAM Licensed Company able to assist the client through the BREEAM In-Use certification process with its professionals accredited BREEAM In-Use Assessor and BREEAM AP.
