Starting from 1 April 2024, the fees related to BREEAM registration and certification, as well as other services related to the protocols, will increase by around 10%.
The price increase will affect the following protocols:
- BREEAM International New Construction;
- BREEAM International Refurbishment & Fit-Out;
- BREEAM In-Use;
- BREEAM UK Refurbishment & Fit-Out;
- BREEAM Domestic New Construction;
- BREEAM Communities;
- BREEAM Domestic Refurbishment.
The assessor licence fees for UK New Construction are not changing currently.
This realignment brings the fees closer to those of other BREEAM scheme licences. The new licence fees will apply to new applications and renewal invoices processed on or after 1 April 2024.
Furthermore, the updated fees for other scheme-related services ( e.g. translation, certificate amendments, etc) apply from 1 April 2024, regardless of when the assessment was registered or submitted.
