The Wellio office building by Covivio located in “Via dell’Unione 1” in Milan has obtained LEED Platinum certification, the highest level achievable for the LEED sustainability protocol, and WELL Gold certification.
The historic building located a few steps from the Duomo, between via dell’Unione and via Torino, has been the subject of an important renovation carried out by Onsitestudio for the architectural part, STI Engineering for the systems project and DWA Design Studio for the interior design.
The building owned by Covivio and occupied entirely by Wellio, the real estate group’s offering of flexible work spaces,, achieved LEED v4 BD+C: Core&Shell Certification – Platimun level and WELL v2 Core certification – Gold level.
The spaces extend over an area of approximately 5,000 m2, with approximately 500 workstations, meeting rooms, common areas, a bar area on the third floor with terrace and an integrated system of green spaces including a 500 m2 rooftop with a view on the Duomo and the historic center of the city.
