The new office building designed by Polistudio A.E.S. (engineering company based in Bologna) is the first project in Italy and among the very first in Europe to obtain LEED® Gold certification with the LEED v4 BD + C: New Construction version. The building is designed and constructed to fit human beings, to connect outdoor and indoor spaces guaranteeing maximum comfort and liveability to all occupants. Local materials, architecture quality, energy efficiency are all elements that characterise the building.
