The Green Apple Day of Service is an event promoted by U.S. Green Building Council, where parents, teachers, students, companies and local organisers celebrate the scholar buildings as inspiring, healthy and safe places. Rick Fedrizzi, CEO of USGBC, was the guest at the primary school of Romarzollo. The students and the teachers hosted the event in a very welcoming way, explaining the activities and the potentialities of the school, the first LEED Platinum certified building in Europe.
