In October 2014, the new COOP Estense retail in Carpi (MO) achieved LEED Gold certification in LEED for Retails 2009 rating system. The property management of COOP Estense was interested in achieving high energy and environmental performance, significantly reducing the operational costs compared to similar retails, improving quality and service levels, increasing the comfort and liveability of the indoor environment for customers and employees.
