Italgas S.p.A, in order to preserve its building heritage in the best possible way, has determined to undertake a renovation and re-functionalization of the historic headquarters in Largo Regio Parco 9, re-designing the work spaces and carrying out energy efficiency measures.
The renovation project Giugiaro Architettura, has renewed the majestic building at Largo Regio Parco 9, which, together with the one at Largo Regio Parco 11, redefines the public space, creating a new regenerative and inclusive urban area for the city.
The project achieved in June 2022 the certification LEED v4 BD+C: NC Platinum level, a very important milestone!
