This is a project to redevelop an existing historic building located in Via Giuseppe Mazzini n. 9-11 in Milan (Italy), within the historic district of the city. Originally the building was built in 1933-1934 to a project by the architect Marcello Piacentini.
Today the Core&Shell project aims to create new office spaces, improving the sustainability performance of the building, in particular in terms of energy and water consumption.
