The project originated from the demolition of the old Town Hall, which was rendered unusable due to damage caused by the 2009 earthquake. The new building is smaller than the previous one and is better suited to current needs.
A prestigious achievement for the Municipality of Ovindoli, as it is one of the first buildings in Abruzzo to receive LEED Gold certification.
