The New RSA Opera Romani based in Volano (TN – Italy) is a nursing home specially designed in line with the requirements and specifications of the LEED for Healthcare protocol, the protocol that meets the requirements for health care.
The complex consists of a nursing home with 80 beds and a special unit dedicated to Alzheimer’s patients.
With a total gross surface area of about 7.000 m2 and a budget of 14 million euros, the complex has been designed with the aim of maintaining a strong relationship between the hospitalised patients and the natural outdoor spaces.
The building was certified with LEED Gold level in April 2020.
